- I had the pleasure of touring a beautifully updated Eichler home in Sacramento, CA. This house goes on the market for sale starting 5/9/24. Let me know your thoughts in the comments!
Update: This house closed escrow in early June of 2024 for 1,325,000!

It was great working with you, Aaron!
Likewise! Thank you for making it all happen.
The house is wonderful. The landscape, concrete and gravel, not so much.
Fantastic job Aaron!
Thank you Michael 🙏🏼

Nice but not a Eichler home after the add-ons and renovations😢
Awesome video, Aaron! PS what kind of shirt is that? It's a good look.
Thank you for your kind words! The shirt is made by Eddie Bauer.
Interesting place. I didn't know Sacramento had Eichlers. In house tour videos, it's important to get your facts and even small details right. The countertop is called terrazzo, popular in the 1950s. The TV feature is cool, a design from the 1950s and '60s. Television did not end at 11 p.m. in the 1970s. Helps to know a little cultural history when introducing home design.
Terrazzo flooring was done with a mix of concrete and glass with other aggregate mixed in and polished. These countertops are made from a mix of quartz and plastics as well, but to mimic the look of terrazzo flooring.
In regards to tv ending at 11pm, it depends on where you lived and specific channels. Being from the Midwest, we had several channels that ended at 11pm and on the weekends much later.
I do applaud your efforts in correcting him, but condescending to someone isn't a good look.
Counter is not terrazzo
Is this your home?
Real estate agent?
Hello! This is not my home. I am a real estate agent in California.
You did a great job with this video but it’s pretty annoying that the owner changed/modernized it so much 😔
“Beams” are horizontal. “Posts or columns“ are vertical. Beams sir on posts. Let’s get the basics right especially if you are talking about mid century modern houses.
Good catch! Always important to learn from my mistakes. Thanks for pointing it out 👍🏻
