In today’s video, I am going to be talking about one of the most popular skincare ingredients today - salicylic acid.
To incorporate salicylic acid skincare into my routine, I’ve started using the all-new L’Oréal Paris Revitalift Crystal Gel Cream. Hi Aditi, I can relate to your stomach cramps as even I was like that in my school days. Now I m 40, I used to take pills, my friend told me that do not take pills as it's a way of our body making us ready for labor pain. After that, I stopped focusing on my pain and yes chocolates worked for my cramps. U can also try it out.

Also for period cramps and stomach pain i have a suggestion plz try this.. for 1 cup water add 1 spoon jeera and boil it. The water should boil till its half in quantity.. have this and take a nap in free flow position…u can have this twice a day… this really helps in reducing pain…
