Choosing The Correct Adapter/'Charger' to Charge Your Phone [Extend Your Phone's Battery Life]

In this video, I talk about how to select the best adapter to charge your device. Additionally, learn how to protect your battery and extend your battery's life. A how to on selecting the proper power adaptor.
Addendum: When it comes to charging laptops and such, try as much as is possible to have the laptop plugged into wall power when you're actively using it (i.e., have the adapter plugged into your laptop and into the outlet). The idea is to seldom utilize the battery. But when you're not using the laptop, remove the adapter so that the battery does not get overcharged when not in use.
Additionally, if your battery is low, and you are doing CPU-intensive work on your computer, best practice would be to power your computer down until it charges roughly to 60 to 70%. Excessive heat that is generated when you charge a low laptop battery while doing CPU-intensive work is not only bad for the battery, it's also bad for the laptop (CPU, Memory, SSD, motherboard, etc.)
