Since Bailey has been doing this for so long, she values the hard work. So many people can have all these amazing brand deals and live a very nice life but they can still remain relatable even if the have nicer things. It is all about the attitude and mindset and Bailey is doing great. The fact that she is aware and fears being out of touch makes people know that she won’t become a version of herself she doesn’t want to be.
Considering you can afford an apartment in this shitty ass economy I would HIGHLY recommend just getting an apartment. Nothing bad has came from moving out of your parent's house. Also, I love that you touched on out of touch influencers because the amount of holiday gift guides I have seen with NOTHING but "trendy" items is INSANE. I think social media can be a hard job in the aspect that EVERYTHING you decide to share about your life is shared and that opens up so much negativity. But at the same time, I don't think it's a hard job compared to a 9-5. Yes editing, sponroships, etc. is hard, but at the end of the day you don't have a schedule, you're your own boss, etc. you are living the dream. And half of you, make WAY too damn much money. Some creators like Danielle Carolan blew up from relatable college content and then move to NYC in INSANE apartments but she lost her relatability. I have content creators that I look up to but almost NONE of them are lifestyle creators because most of their content: constant shopping hauls, sponsored videos, etc. aren't REAL at all or hard to make and have NO meaning. Overall, you are one of the lifestyle creators I can stand now. Because I can tell that you care about your job, you're humble and you're not living beyond your means.

I hope you find a space of your own someday that you love and filming will become easier for you :) and if we're gonna say just what we're thinking rn...Charli and Dixie promoting their snacks as Walmart employees, can we talk about that...real people are working those jobs making PENNIES compared to what they're making just putting on a vest and filming themselves "pretending" to check people out at the register. I don't follow them on social media, but I can't escape them because they are on every blog, magazine, and news article. How I think it could have been promoted differently is them going into Walmart and SHOPPING for their snacks and being checked out by a real employee or even going to the self-checkout, but there are even photos of them being pushed around in shopping carts as if that's what real employees do. I agree with everyone that it is a complete mockery of the real people who work those real jobs. Whoever decided to run this campaign, is also completely out of touch, because wth...who thought it was a good idea?!
