Casinos are private property, they have the right to refuse service to anyone they want… unfortunately I know. Had an incident at palace station, and was tresspassed for “life”… I’ve since been back and not been escorted off property, but nevertheless if something were to happen and cops are called, it can backfire on me… and my trespass wasn’t my fault either. Just like them.

Atleast here you have to commit a crime to be trespassed and trespass notices is a legal procedure that includes paperwork and Police reports
You cant just walk up to someone on public property committing no crime or not violating any law
And claim they trespassing especially with no previous trespass documents to prove it
And then say they'll arrest
Remember public property and there is no sign as disclaimer
They actually have signs to advertise it as a public area like a park
Just because you approached them and they aren't required to interact or provide ID legally
Casino's are private property and they can ask you to leave for any reason. They were issuing the Trespassing notice to him and if you fail to get your belongings and leave they can call police and attempt to have you charged obviously up to a court if it sticks.
@@bpeterson1995they can ask for no reason, but it can't be *any* reason. E.g. if they were to ask you to leave because they didn't like your perceived race, that would definitely open them up to some easy litigation (assuming you alao had proof).

I made final table last year at one of the events and was filming my adventure, I was told I would be trespassed for Filming, when literally some of the “famous” poker players were filming and walking by. Gentlemen…as someone who’s resided in Las Vegas (from Philly) for over a decade, be assured 💯 , that NO PROPERTY intentionally harasses patrons more than the infamous Venetian/Palazzo, from the casino floor extending to convention space, this property’s ‘security’ procedures are the absolute worst. (FWIW, I’ve had an acquaintance actually approached post-wipe 🚽 just exiting the stall from three security guards), INSIDE the restroom.
This establishment reeks of endless lawsuits. The horror stories associated with this property’s ‘gangster’ tactics are nearly criminal itself.
