Agree he is trying to be neat too soon . Bulk it put then clean up. And he should be slot dozing on a long push like that and down hill besides he should have it as high as the blade. What a waste of fuel and machinery.

I know what you mean Mark on that downhill push at least a 4 or 5:1 the dirt should be rolling over the blade even with that pit run. Also what's up with running everybody full of dirt out push up a pile and back up and get another blade full. Very unproductive operating.
mark duncan you might be all that.. but this dozer isn't just spilling dirt he's getting an even layer right across. don't act like the one and only that can spill dirt
Hired the right operator for the job. Bulldozing on a large scale is an art form. Some have it,most don't. This operator has it. Wonderful video !

It is restoration of the landscape. The steep walls will not be danger for people.

Robert Fahlström Tack! Dom har tagit ut det antal ton som dom har tillstånd till. Man skjuter ner kanterna runt om grustaget.

They don't fill it up completely, they will only add a few metres of dirt on top of the gravel so nature can reclaim the quarry.

Nothing wrong with saying you drive a tracked vehicle, nothing wrong with saying you run or operate it either though...
maybe i am blind but my eyes see soo much gravel there , maybe this will be done for future dump , you know lot of trash is making these days ....
