Cory shows a step by step process of creating a custom t-shirt design in Procreate. This is a longer video but it's a nice deep dive into the sketching process of design. He uses some new brushes to simplify the workflow as well.

Hope this makes sense. If I want to do a text phrase for a t-shirt, let’s say Game Day and I want it to be 11” wide by 3” tall. Do I make my canvas the size that my actual design will be (11x3) OR do I create a larger canvas and create my 11x3 design in the center of that. I am very new to all of this. Thanks!
