Hillary Clinton visited Bangladesh first time at 1995, and Dr Yunus received Noble price in 2006. Do you think her lobbying worked after 11 years of her visit? Her 2nd and Last visit were in 2012.

Stalin and Kruschev admitted that the USSR would have lost to Hitler in 1941 without US Aid. US forced UK to commit to Atlantic Declaration and hence dissolution of Empire post-war in return for Lend-Lease. Historically, the world has never been as peaceful and the masses so prosperous [in spite of population explosion] as since 1945!

USA wants to control china by making basis where they can control china and India hence their interference in Bangladesh Desh .USA will try to control oil ,selling their weapons creating wars to boost their economy .They even stooped so low to create weapons of mass destructions .

We the people of Bangladesh were under an autocratic government led by Hasina for far too long. We didn't have freedom of speech. We were barely getting by due to uncontrolled inflation machinated by her cohort businessmen. Our foreign reserves were being laundered overseas by her, her family, and corrupted officials. We're referencing this movement as a 2nd independence. US is doing exactly what Britain, France, Holland, Spain and Portugal had done in the last Centuries, only US has developed a different method, taking into consideration modern times and awareness. Only difference is, and that is no excuse by any standard, that the above-mentioned countries had invited themselves (without waiting for an invitation - the so-called sticklers of etiquette) in those countries in the name of business and then had taken over their governing with cunning force, taking advantage of their nobility and goodwill. Whereas, US (the so-called 'Big Brother') has done it behind the curtain of helping them, taking advantage of their weakness, ignorance, helplessness or foolishness and then destroyed them for the profit of its own weapon factories and to increase its loathsome power in the world. US is still doing that, and so shamelessly too.

After Hasina, BD was much lower in the corruption index. You don't need to take my word for it, look it up how bad it was. Economic growth was much higher under hasina. She is the only government that focused on infrustructure development and removed tax from importing raw materials and machines for the Garments sector, making it more profitable. I have several family members at the chamber of Commerce in Chittagong. It used to take us 2 hours to get to the airport and the port from the main city. Now we get there fast.
She did a lot of connectivity and businesses. She has done bay terminal for Chittagong port. She is the one doing matarbari deep seaport and nuclear energy plants. And also made deal with India to import Adni energy and hydro energy from Nepal.
She did really good with co-operation with India. A lot of our cotton for garments come from India, and cheap onions, spices, rice, oil etc from India. We are surrounded by a powerful country. We need to have a good relationship with them for our own benefit.
No other person in our lifetime had any vision for Bangladesh like Hasina did. But I don't care, I don't live in Bangladesh anymore. You guys will live with the consequence of getting a far more corrupt leadership under BNP and a party that has ties to jamate Islamic party. Goodluck!

@@alex0315your informations are not accurate. While hasina was in power she loaned $95 billion, and she and her party leaders have illegally trafficked $105 billion. While she was in power there was no freedom of speech. Law enforcement, and the judiciary system was controlled by her. Thousands of journalists were either killed or vanished just because they were saying the truth. She destabilized opposition parties by killing leaders and gave them false cases. The last two elections were nothing but fraud.
I personally know some people who voted 20-200 times. Anyone who said anything about it publicly was either killed or now in jail. A lot of Rape cases are unresolved because those who raped are linked to her party. You said she did a lot of infrastructures but what would take $1 to make was costing $50 or even more. On July 24 she killed roughly 1500 students. For protesting against the quota system. She unofficially declared war against the people. These are some of the examples of what she did. The people of Bangladesh threw her out.
It seems you don't know the insiders of the country. I would suggest you to research more.

The government of Sheikh Hasina did make mistakes but they basically got played by the protesters. There are clear traces of foreign interference in overthrowing the government. I am a Bangladeshi, people in my country are emotional and this why the students got support of majority of the country which made it impossible for the AL government to stay in power. This movement trying to eradicate AL altogether. Moreover, there have hatred towards a figure like the father of the nation as well which is a disgrace.

And Bangladesh needs to keep protesting and also overthrow the new pm and together put someone in place that is actually about Bangladesh and the growth of Bangladesh. The only way for Bangladesh to keep their freedom is to find someone that is about the country and not be so quick and haste for a new pm until every candidate has been vetted. The moment the protest happened, I knew Bangladesh was going to go downhill after that, not that they didn’t protest for the right things but because they don’t realise that their protest was used just as a means for other reasons and we know that’s to sell to America

    Dear Americans,
Your government is a real headache to this world. As much as I commend your founding fathers for allowing a balanced constitution in your country, please hold your government accountable for interfering in other's democracy. Democracy works for others but if it doesn't suit the top elites of America, they play a role in an evil way. This disrupts the world's geopolitical economy & I'm genuinely tired of it. I'm a patriotic person of India where we fought against the Mughals (Islamists) & British for years so that we could restore our culture, land & protect our people. I'm genuinely terrified thinking of my people's safety after what happened to Bangladesh. They (Islamists) are now killing Bangladeshi Hindus. There is also now a speculation that the USA is trying to interfere in India's democracy & calling our government dictator when the reality is we people elected him so he can protect us from Muslims & illegal immigrants.
