How does it ride dude
A Nitro Ride pretty great and smooth! Fast enough to get where you want to be and batteries are lonnnnng lasting! The speed of this scooter is outrageous but you can still adjust the speed limit on it which is safe for anyone’s comfort.
Sergio Munoz tight yo would you compare this to the Zero 10 it has the same specs about $100 less also did you get the fast charger or just the normal charger I don’t think I wanna buy the fast charger

Great info! Hoping the order shows up tomorrow. UPS marked the tracking status as delivery attempted but no driver came to the house. We were home all day since a signature is required upon delivery.

How do you know if its charging? Mine is currently plugged in, but if I his the accel. lever, it will go.... while its plugged in to the wall.... so is is charging or not....?

Hey guys, is there anyway to adjust the rear suspension? I'm noticing when I stand on the Explore the suspension/board dips a little more than I expected, so wondering if anyway to adjust this for a slightly heavier rider, I weigh about 220lbs.

Is there anything in terms of security on it? Or do I have to just lock it up like I would a bike? My city has electric scooters for public use and I wouldnt want somebody riding off with my couple thousand dollar investment at the click of an 'on' button so long as they can break a bike lock
Do you guys offer upgrades to convert the the throttle to a twist throttle (like a motorcycle)? The pull trigger cramps my finger on long trips. I'm trying to decide between this and the emote cruiser which can be upgraded to the twist throttle.

Just brought a used Explore. Why do I have 2 charging port at the base of scooter?
So you can use two standard chargers to charger your scooter faster, if you want :-)
However, we don't recommend using two chargers all the time, as it's better to go slow and charge overnight
How do I adjust the rear shocks? They are too soft. Way to soft.

Hi Patrick, you can connect two standard chargers to your scooter at the same time to charge your scooter faster!

On which side do you place the rear brake? I'd like it to be the same as for bicycles... rear on the right, front on the left. No reply?

What is the difference between zero 10x ? I never heard about it , I was in fews time about to buy the zero 10x or turbowheel lightning , what make the Appollo pro different , or better ? Thx
Hi Guy! Thanks for reaching out :-). We thought Zero was a fantastic foundation, but being a Singaporean brand, the quality standards were made for and controlled by the Asian markets. In Canada and the US, customers expect better QC, support and warranty. With that in mind we worked directly with the factory behind Zero, to incorporate a 147 point checklist into their QC process ensuring only units that passed rigorous testing would be shipped to us. We also incorporated a number of upgrades we saw as absolutely necessary - from big ones like the Dynavolt-powered batteries and being IP54 certified, to small ones like using plastic coil instead of cloth to protect the external wires. At the end of the day, you will have to choose between an Apollo and a Zero. The question will come down to which company can stand behind their product for longer and why, and the answer to that question will always be us as no other scooter brand offers 24 months of warranty. Hope that helps :-)

This is all lip service and very frustrating to read this. I just purchased 2 Apollo Explorers for my kids and both scooters had serious and obvious quality issues right out of the box. There is absolutely no way there is any sort of strict QC. I was fooled by all the CZcams videos and these posts by Apollo claiming that they have a very strict quality control process…well that all went out the window when I received my purchase of 2 Explorers. I would have given Apollo the benefit of doubt if at least one of them was good, as we all know in manufacturing things do happen and can slip through the cracks, but to have both scooters with obvious quality issues that would have come right from the factory… seriously! I must be extremely unlucky! This is terrible and 100% unacceptable. To see the disappointment in my kids face isn’t bad enough but to read this nonsense about how the Apollo scooters pass rigorous quality control is frustrating to say the least! Now I have to wait 3 days for someone to get back to me, we’ll now see how their customer service is…don’t be fooled!
Hi @Chris, we're very sorry to hear about your experience. Our current response time is roughly ~24 hours, so hopefully someone has got back to you already, and we should be able to simply replace the scooters for you, if they arrived damaged and you haven't used them yet.

Ahhh man, I was so going to buy one of these, why oh why does the folding mechanism have to pivot there? If only it folded above the steering head bearing I'd buy it. The scooter is so much easier to load in and out of the car with that design.
Last but not least, when are you guys going to offer a thumb speed controller?
I know the finger version is the genetic Chinese solution, but it's, err what's a polite word for shit?
Edit, I'll buy an Apollo brand scooter when a thumb speed controller is provided as standard.
