@@Martins967 if you are going to risk Shorting your Apple Watch go ahead, I still won’t recommend doing this, even with the charging flex there is a big chance that you can short the Watch because of 5VUSB.

I know this is old question but to whomever may need to know an answer to this question, you dont need anything but the watch to reset the watch if its not icloud locked. Just google how to reset apple watch....

Yeah,it’s just different lines but from series 7 and up there is no connector in the Apple Watch to connect and restore it’s just using the wireless charging

Shot I forgot to try on series 2,ibus don’t put Apple Watch series 2 in DFU that’s the only model I couldn’t enter DFU
