Had too☹️ There are so many emerging brands these days and every Brand wants to compete and come up on the top and they are not able to do it without bringing down either other brands or feeding on human insecurities. Sometimes it feels like their marketing consultants are not really marketing consultant but Psychiatrist who actually know which points will trigger fear and make people buy the brand’s products. Is Cosmix product advisable for children (11 years)?

It is safe for children around 11 years, however, it's not necessary to include herbal mixes in their diet!
As long as you're focusing on a wholesome diet for them, they have everything their bodies need. In case of specific health concerns and deficiencies, we suggest consulting with a child specialist for a better course of action.
Now if they would like to include happy gut in their diet, we suggest giving a lesser quantity than what's recommended for adults :)

Hi Pooja! Yes I did take 2-3 tubs since then after quite some gaps. Not always though. Like sometime back I had major problem with acidity on regular basis. After getting it treated I started with this one and completed one tub. Right now I am consuming What Women Want from Cosmix and avoiding to start any other. Will start happy gut again after what women want is over

Could you post a review of cosmix sleep like a baby?
Actually I am not the best candidate for that one. Not a troubled sleeper😅 you wont believe i purchased it twice in 2021 and 2022 and it tastes really good in their current version. Nice light taste of haldi and cinnamon. Really soothing taste with warm milk. But I couldn’t take it enough to know its effectiveness. You can get it if you are facing sleep issues. I bought it on friend’s recommendations because she found it reallyyy useful for herself and her mother plus other reviews were great too.

About 20-22 days
Oh and take only 2-3 gms per day. If you take one table spoon (4.2gms) it will finish really quick and advisable dosage according to brand is 2-3 gms
Ma'am, it is safe to use? Will triphala safe to use.
Have you used tripala in past? If it caused issue then I would say avoid. Otherwise its safe to use
