Not necessarily those exact patterns, but ones perhaps from either that era or they could have been bowls, dishes, etc, that they bought in their younger days. Also, I wanted to ask if the sponge on the oil blotter is removable so that it can be hand washed? Well, I guess it could be washed without being removed, but if it is removable, do they separately sell replacement sponges? Hope you're having a lovely day.
