I suspect Mina would do this to not upset Korean fans. I have the impression that K-netizens aren’t nice to those who don’t use honorifics and many may not realize that MiSaMo are “same age friends” in Japan. Also, it looks like many of those clips are from their rookie years (the first two years since debut); they probably wanted an established fan base before Mina could drop the honorifics.
