I have a nightlight and still can’t sleep without videos like this one. Lived in Cali and have gone through a few earthquakes that just happen to shake at night. Now I need the light, and sounds Incase I need to get up quickly, plus I live in Las Vegas now, lol but I still rather sleep to this. It’s more relaxing than the dead quiet.

I don’t really like to sleep in complete darkness so I play this on my Tv until I fall asleep.

why dont you just sleep with a night light on its not real bright and you could go to sleep easy
