Carefully this when dumping the clutch, bc you can and possibly will one day just completely destroy your gear in the tranny or even rear end, bc the stock parts aren't exactly built to handle so much power, and so much power at once. Won't necessarily happen but always keep it in your mind
Agreed, I don't dump, I slip quick (slow dump?), and have no problem with burnys

Still gotta turn off traction control. If it's a 2012 or newer Focus it'll actually do a decent burnout.

Lol my 95 Miata doesn't even have power locks or antilock brakes, let alone "traction control". It does have a Torsen limited slip differential and a solid manual transmission. It's fun to break the back loose on a wet or snowy parking lot.

Ya don’t let it go easy and wait till the clutch is engaged before letting it out the rest of the way just pull your foot off as fast as you can so we can warp it🤦🏻♂️ I’m pretty sure there’s a reason people who drive manuals don’t like other people dropping their clutch🤔
Letting it out slowly at high rpm’s is clutch burn city USA population you😂 the correct way to do it is slide your foot off the pedal to either side and let the clutch pedal bounce up on its own. Any hesitation could get u rekt 😂

Every car after 2001 has stbility control and traction control. They both talk to the abs and ecu. One to limit slip and the other to keep the car straight
As a Aussie a manual burnout is simple hold in the clutch rev the car till the limits been reached and release the clutch real fast it will most likely end well😅

I can barely drive stick because I never really had the chance to learn but doing a burnout is insanely easy just give it the beans and drop the clutch I never had any issues just getting out of neutral but I was trying to learn in a Audi TT turbo so not the best car to learn

Just use line lock , if you go this way you will burn your rear brakes, with line lock it does not lock rear brakes only the fronts
If you dump the clutch while reving the engine that could blow up your transmission
