How, HOW, does a highly skilled U.S. citizen get a work visa to get into a country where he might at least have a chance to get a job in engineering? HOW? I am willing to emigrate to almost any country where engineers are still needed. My knowledge of the Russian and French languages is not great, but I am improving. My master's degree was in electromagnetics, antenna design, microwave components.

I don't know all the details about working as an immigrant in a different country, but I've heard that most countries are less strict in their visa requirements in comparison to the US. All the best in your search!
