What really caught my eyes is not the customization itself, which is certainly great (if not Wargame-ish), but the glimpse of "mod management" on the main menu.
So, finally, we have a Wargame that's mod-able! There may only be US vs Russia now, but I expect to see US vs China/ Taiwan vs China after the game's release.
Or Space Nazis vs Gay Furries on a Moon map.
TURKEY,ISRAEL,IRAN,FRANCE,GERMANY They need to add more.
Problem with china is that information on their recent hardware is heavily classified.

lol this aged well. WARNO got announced and rushed out the door and it's terrible. Feels like they saw Broken Arrow and Regiments and quickly slapped something together to 'compete'.

AC-130 is basically the Doomsday button if the Enemy deck's AA and Jets has been destroyed.
Someone is definitely going to make a mod that plays “ENEMY AC-130 ABOVE!” From MW2 everytime one of these hits the field.
How about manpads?

Those are going to going to be fun to use definitely.
Armoury features look really good, I can already see myself spending hours and hours just swapping weapons on my Humvees lol. Lots of very interesting variants that I've never seen before too like the Humvee with a 105mm on the back.
Keep up the great work and hopefully we can see some Russian stuff too :)

Noticed 3 things.
- No infantry loadout customization yet. will they be added later ?
- No infantry units packs grenades.
- Range not stated for CG. Point blank only ?
But Vehicles customization is GREAT.
About the infantry customization: if I remember correctly, the guys wrote in their social media that that infantry units will also be customized - but that will most likely be in the form of "specialized weaponry", i.e. stuff like LMGs, HMGs, mortars, grenade launchers, sniper rifles, etc., etc.

Мне нравится, что видео геймплея длится полторы минуты, а видео сбора деки почти пять. Как бы намекает, что основной составляющей игры станет залипание в ангаре на этапе составления деки. Штош, ничего против не имею - все в традициях красного дракона!
Полное видео геймплея занимает 11-ть. Но все равно, если хотя бы половина игроков из ангара в принципе перейдет в игру - уже победа
скорее всего катка будет рассчитана на 40 минут

я сыграл в ВГРД 800 часов, из которых:
500 часов я провел в ангаре, собирая деку
200 часов я провел в лобби, ожидая катки
100 часов, наконец, я провел, катая катки

Really wish they had the Marine EFV as an option for IFVs/transport for a Marine specilization deck. The EFV was cancelled a few years back, but damn it put the AAV to shame at sea, in weapons, and protection.
This all looks rather good.
I would like to congratulate you on your efforts, and I hope that the game will have a high level of graphics, realism and accurate details, at least equal to what was shown in the trailer for the game. I think the era of realistic strategy games has begun. I wish you success and thank you again.

Can we have in the future nations like China, both Koreas, Japan, Serbia, Ukraine,India, Israel and Iran? I will like to see exotic or less know nations and their decks plus missiles and naval units. Keep the good work guys this looks awesome.

None of these has been announced, I think it's safer not to expect too much out of the game. It's a young studio after all.
Devs said China would likely be the first major country added as a DLC months ago
Вопрос на миллион. Кастомизировать подразделения можно будет только в рамках их реальных аналогов или можно будет немного выйти за них? Например взять устаревшую машину, и немного её усилить современными средствами, например взять Т-34 и воткнуть на него современную оптику и ДЗ например. Понятно, что т.к. это выход за рамки, то и в очках подобный мэдскилз должен стоить дороже, но, это как попытка хоть как-то приткнуть устаревшие машины в современные дэки.
Охо-хо-хо. Если там будет мастерская, я лично сделаю такое.

I hope the devs get rid of that god awful ACU camo for Army troops. They now wear OCP (similar to multicam) and have for years, so please update the camo on the Army units.
But what if they need to blend in with gravel :(
@@Kuhndog94 - Well, it turns out that the game is set in the 90's until present day. I got that from their discord, so it would be accurate to feature the ACU uniform, but the vid doesn't seem to back that up. The ACU on the game models look like trash and some of the guys on the discord mistakenly think that it was only SOF getting the OCP when the 101st, 82nd, and other units were already wearing them in 2010. How do I know this? Because I was there.

I think this is a great start but its missing some things - all US military is switching to JLTV from the humvee, so having humvee for a current military sim is strange. Also the USMC is replacing the AAVP-7A1s with Amphibious Combat Vehicle (Iveco SuperAV). And this is not as important but if you're doing Stryker SHORAD you might be interested in the USMC's "Organic Precision Fires-Mounted" which is supposed to be a LAV with a box of Hero-120 loitering munitions on it. USMC is also replacing their LAV with a new "Advanced Reconnaissance Vehicle" which is supposed to deploy drones and have EW capabilities. So basically the newly introduced or soon to be introduced vehicles for the USMC give Steel Balalaika a lot of potential for new vehicles even if its as a DLC later.
humvees will be retained but not in Frontline use
I'm not sure which timeframe is used for the game. If it's a few years ago, then it's perfectly fine. Also it's easier to use well known equipments than near prototypes whose characteristics is still classified.
Also the M-ATV.
I mean, they released some pictures of the F-14D before, so Humvees will probably be in game. I’ve heard that this game is set in 90s-Present

Все замечательно, евгены уже запрыгали как блохи, но, может вы сделайте цену техники в настоящих деньгах, приятно узнать что абромс за несколько лимонов зелени был уничтожен каким то обосаныи мотострелком при помощи РПГ за пару десятков тыщь рублей. Хотя, не воспринимайте мой комментарий в серьез, это так, хотелки...
Как ты себе представляешь эти числа в интерфейсе? Нет, это глупость, на деле это будет неудобно и неиграбельно.
@@sybyriak никак, зачем пихать это в интерфейс. Ты что думаешь что нужно вместо 350(стоимость Абрамса) писать 1070000доларов(условно). Это тупо, а вот в информации о юните, почему бы и нет...
@@sybyriak а вообще, забудь, это так, ерунда, просто хотелки, можно же радоваться что в варгейме мотострелок за 15 очков уничтожает Абрамс за 180, вот только эти условные цифры мало говорят.

В отличие от унылого и совершенно безликого геймплея, который вы показали вчера, ангар и конструктор дек выглядит крайне сочно, каждую секунду отсмотрел с удовольствием, чего нельзя сказать о вашем 12-и минутном альфа геймплее, карты - помойка, я не знаю, кто у вас картодел, но они настолько унылые, серые, безликие и скучные, что даже на презентации на это было скучно смотреть.
