I only discovered Teddy a couple of years ago. You don't expect that soulful voice coming out of him. He does a great cover of this Bonnie Raitt song. Also like his version of Shania Twain's song "You're Still The One". He does a lot of covers but also has original music.
I love this so much. It always reminds me of my daughters boyfriend who was just over-the-moon in love with her and she tried so hard to return the feelings but they just weren't there. He has everything (outwardly) - status, power, money...everything she could ever want but she just-didn't-feel it. You can't force your feelings. They just are what they are. 😢 Heartbreaking.
I just discovered Teddy a couple of weeks ago, he just released a new album and I'm telling you every song is a amazing, such as Loose Control, the Door, he is my new favorite artist, he looks completely different, not sure how long ago that he performed this , but his version is definitely moving
This song... lived it several times. I guess Love isn't meant for everyone. This song says it best and Teddy is awesome.

Although Mike Reid and Allen Shamblin wrote the song they immediately gave the song to Bonnie Raitt who was the first to record it. There is her poignant, heartfelt, bittersweet version and then there is everyone else.

NICK, my man! YESSS! Love me some Teddy Swims. He is busting through the scene. His voice reminds me a little of Luther Vandross BUT he’s definitely made a name for himself all on his own! I’m so happy you did this and loved it! I could give you a list on where to go next with him but I won’t, don’t worry. lol. You can’t go wrong with any of his songs.

None of the reactors usually do this one, even though it does have 26mil views on YT, but it's just unreal incredible. If you haven't heard it, just do it, believe some random guy on YT.

I love Bonnie's version, but the original song was written and recorded by Mike Reid. Bonnie made it famous, though, without a doubt.
It’s the best version ever. I like George Michael’s version but this is better.
