‘Most of the guys at my Academy, have about 60lbs on me, but since purchasing your ‘Kimura Attack system’ and ’14 days’ everything has changed. I feel much more confident, roll better and the guys on the mat have commented on the same. Thanks, Coach Tom’ - Dallas, TX
‘I know you have your names for your courses, but I’ve renamed them the ‘Zero to hero’ courses, I went from getting constantly owned, to now being completely dominant on the mat in no time at all’ - San Diego, California
‘I use the course material heaps, and just recently put it into action at a local comp, walked away with double gold. No one was more surprised than me! - Miami, Florida
‘As a new white belt, these classes have helped me so much, Prof Tom’s technique, the details, and his attitude. I love how Prof. Tom shows the ‘mistakes people make’ and then shows the correct way of doing things. The only one I have ever seen do this’ - New York, New York
Great videos, great instruction. I just watch them for hours…Melbourne, Australia
‘The instructional saved me big time at a recent comp, my opponent was def more experienced, but that was ok, coz I had Prof Tom’s video in my brain. Nailed it and scored gold’ - Colorado, Denver
‘All of it. Everything you show in your awesome videos are now my ‘go to techniques’. Thanks for your vids Prof, Tom’ - Houston, TX
‘You really have to watch every second of the video because Prof, Tom drops these little nuggets of gold throughout the course. And they make ALL the difference. The only one doing this. Keep them coming Professor’ - NY, New York

I be happy to contribute buying no some but all his videos make those guys at bjj fanatics look like children.
Its all about the teaching gift more than the technical attributes which he also posses. Whether he is on the floor lying, kneeling, sitting or on his feet tom is incredibly gifted at teaching. I bet he can teach on his sleep and we alll be wow!!Has nothing to do with being a bjj bb is a gift he has clearly within..kno sure what country is that but those students are blessed to have him. Wish u were in nj at my 48 years of age i d be your best student..k eep it up brotha From a public speaker, bjj purple belt annd judoka #ossssss
Ps-keep working on the teaching skills and interactive voice u gifted soon u be 1 million views per video
He says “😀either side. I don’t care. I’ll choke you. I’m happy😀” lmao
Drill starts at 3:15 will be working this for sure. Thank you.
Bro, i am subscribed to Keenan ands Gracies, but none of them as interesting to watch as you are!!! Thank you for your effort!!!
I am kind of kind of thick all over and dont have long limbs. Sometimes it is hard getting to my bicep, but if I do….it is TIGHT ! Love it !
White belt here-this video actually passed the blood-brain barrier. I just wish I had a grappling dummy to practice on as Grandma is getting a perm.
Just starting with this loong journey called BJJ. I'm hooked from the very first day. The truth is that it is overwhelming from the beginning though. Kind of lost because of it sometimes. Feel that it's too much to handle. These drills are truly handy, very well explained. Your videos always are a really useful help when I'm in doubt (also when I'm rolling). So thank you very much indeed. Hope you keep such a good job.
Good on you for starting your BJJ journey! You are in for an awesome ride. Yes, BJJ can be daunting but just digest one bite at a time and enjoy every part of the process, including feeling confused and tapping out! (-: Coach Tom Davey
How are you finding it 2 years down the line (corona virus aside)
@@Smergf he quit
@@jd8226 tell him I said congrats on the blue belt.
Awesome drill!
This is great. You made a pair of complicated moves super simple and easy to apply. I love this. Thanks coach!
A-WE-SO-ME! super well explained and I laughed quite hard at the end! Thanks a lot !!!!
love this drill! thanks!
Beautifully explained thank you 🙏
Thank you grappling academy for this drill 🙏🏻🧙♂️
Thanks for sharing, you have really helped me with the details to finishing these chokes. Much appreciated!
Cheers really enjoyed that drill I'll be implementing this for sure
Thanks
Great drill like finding the last spot in the parking lot. Cheers mate
great clip professor... i have miles to eat before setting those up but it was really cool to watch!! oss and respect.
Thanks for sharing 🙏
Simple!
Effective!!
My favorite 👌💪
Love this channel, so helpful thanks so much!Darce and anaconda are my favorite and this drill is incredibly fun haha.
This drill is amazing! Best way to explain the basic difference between these two, often confused chokes, that I have seen. Thank you!
AWEOME!!! Thank You so much my Brotha!! 🤩🤩🤩
Excellent video!
Thanks for this instruction!
thank you sir
Perfect content, thank you !
Great movie!
I finally get the difference. Thanks.
We were doing arm-in guillotines from this position today and then into the anaconda if they roll out. Now I can add the darce from here as well! Awesome stuff as usual...many thanks, Coach Tom!
My pleasure have fun hitting those chokes! (-: Coach Tom Davey
great drill
Beautiful!
Brilliant!
Amazing
Thanks once again Tom.
Love your videos and the way you teach.
Thanks so much Mean Mach! I am glad you like the videos and I obviously love doing what I do! (-: Coach Tom Davey
Loved this drill! This will absolutely "tighten" up my technique. (pun intended!) Thanks AGAIN, Coach Tom!
Haha great stuff and happy choking! (-: Coach Tom Davey
Nice drill :)
This took me so long to learn for some reason then one day I hit a D'arce 3 times in one 5 minute roll. Time to start working on the Anaconda.
Love your videos, think this is great though. As a white belt I look for things me and my other white belts can do on the mats ourselves and this kind of infinity drilling is great idea. Thanks
Awesome stuff Tony. Keep drilling this and you will have head and arm chokes to fear! (-: Coach Tom Davey
nice
Elegant
Coach Tom...dam near pissed myself LOLing at the ingredients you listed. Thanks for making this combo drill, I'm still real new and didn't know the difference between the 2. Thanks for spelling it out and making it very clear. This looks like a new bread n butter technique I need to become very comfortable with. :)
Awesome Todd! These two techniques go together hand in hand so enjoy using both! Stockier guys tend to like the anaconda and lankier guys the darce but there are always exceptions! (-: Coach Tom Davey
Literally 0.2% of people gave down vote. That's the sign of a darn good video.
0:11 Hey....Darren?? #rawdog
cool
Very helpful with the breakdown of “ you need a head and arm”. Thanks.
I'm still confused as to what's the difference between the D'Arce & Anaconda.....so if I involve my legs in the choke, its an Anaconda ?
do those chokes work with shorter arms also?
You can do it its just more difficult
One downvote for diagnostic purposes.
