Gram flour 2 cup
Water 1⅔ cup
Sugar 2 tbsp
Salt 1tsp
Baking soda ½ tsp
Oil 2 tsp
Citric acid 1 tsp
For tempering
Oil 1tbsp
Mustard seeds ½ tsp
Sugar 1 tbsp
Salt ½ tsp
Green chillies 2
Water 1 cup
For garnishing
Freshly chopped coriander leaves
