Guy said to leave no less than 5 times. Biker didn’t even attempt to move until the guy came forward. Biker wasn’t rude but he wasn’t listening either.
Fr
Biker was already rude using someone else's private property. No courtesy was necessary from the land owner.
Dude is just impatient
@Dammit I've become a corpse The biker was not responding to any of the directions to leave. He wanted to talk about it, ask for directions, tell the guy wait while he continued to just sit there
“oops sorry, where is your property line? Ok i’m leaving.” They guy clearly didn’t speak english very well and didn’t want to chat. Just leave
@dop01
Yeah once again, he's impatient.
Dude wanted direction, wanted a friend, who cares. It lasted like 30 seconds at the most.
30 seconds? Oh hell no time to swing an axe at people lmao.
And why would he escalate to swinging an axe before being more direct and stern, making sure his order was clear? Weird escalation imo, no warning of force or anything
That old man was very patient. When someone tells you to get off their property that means now now!
fr
He was not very patient. He was holding an axe to someone when he could’ve been chill
Only in crazy USA
@benny killzidk looks pretty patient to me the biker just got too close
The man was even friendly enough to hold the axe wrongly 😌
Actually he held it the right way
"Go back"
"Ok alright"
Fucking stays there and doesn't go back
He has to turn the damn bike around
@MostDeviousLickhe didnt turn it around.
@arthurmorgan43108 he was going to he was agreeing with the guy and actively in a convo with him he was to whip it around he can't just go backwards even when he started to whip it around the guy got even closer with the weapon
@MostDeviousLick uh, ya. He could have backed it up and then whipped around. The old guy advanced because the biker advanced first.
American
Rude? That was actually the most polite US "get tf off my property" interaction I've ever witnessed. This kid is lucky.
You haven’t seen any polite ones then. You can’t just threaten people’s lives when they’re not a threat. That’s illegal lol
@benny killzthe dude was trespassing. After hearing that he should have immediately said "I'm sorry" and turned around. But instead the dude has the brain to still stand on the spot while insulting the owner with "you're rude".
@My Top 3 still a threat to his life and was illegal
In Germany they would have to place a sign informing anyone that it is private ground and then a violent action such as this would still only be justified if you get threatened or in danger, else you have to call the cops.
He had one at the gate where normal people would enter. Can't fence whole area with private land signs.
Thanks for your wokeness, by trying to defend the criminal.
@Phillip J Swanepoel And how was he supposed to know he was on private property? - By being psychic or something? He was trying to explain to the geezer that it was unintentional honest mistake, that he was going down a forest track end ended up there. It is called polite conversation and is meant to defuse the situation and imply that there are no harmful intentions. The next question was also valid as he was asking where can ride to make sure he doesn't enter that property again. If there is no fence that is totally a valid question to have. But I suppose the answer is again just being psychic?
Also only these ridiculous street cruisers have a reverse gear. In order to go back he has to make a turn. Yet the grandpa advanced and threatens to hit him with the back of the axe head when he actually does try to make a turn. He can not back up! That bike probably comes in at around 160kg and you are not going to push that up any slope whatsoever leave alone a grassy one.
There was no attempt by the old dude to defuse the situation at any point despite the biker trying his best to be non-confrontational and it being a honest mistake. Geezer was was confrontational and aggressive from start to finish.
So good job on being some braindead redneck.
Depending in state law this by the way would be 3rd degree trespassing as it is not fenced. That is usually handled as petty offense. Criminal my ass. Most cops would let the biker go with a warning.
@Praxics
Unintentional my @ss. How do you know it was not a fenced of area with an open gate?
It not for the owner to know where he can ride. You bought the bike so find out yourselves.
Biker made no attempt to turn around or anything. The owner only advanced at end, biker tried a conversation and not an action.
Dirtbike riders are some of the most entitled people on earth, "look at me I can ride where I want and are never wrong"
That's not right. You have the right to choose the most harmless method to get him off/out your property.
When a man tells you to leave his property, you do! Don't stand there and let him repeat himself 5 times.
He's being respectful. Your just gonna vroom vroom. While the opd gentleman is talking?
@levy nakumura You can clearly see that he is not interested in talking to him.. He just wants him to drive away from the property.
@levy nakumurayeah. He said leave. Multiple times.
Sure. But is it necessary to be this aggressive ?
He was just passing through by accident. I would give him a minute to leave without being aggressive. But I also understand that old people don't have much patience. it's just part of aging
It's literally acting not real btw
Actually the old man was nice . He warned the intruder many times .
"even though this rider is nice"
He literally said F u while his middle finger was pointing at him, the old guy was trying to scare him away with the axe
"I'm gonna leave!"
*just fucking stands there*
That's impatience. The old guy couldn't even wait 30 seconds
@Yemiit shouldn't take 30 seconds, if someone ask you to leave you leave
@Yemiif your on someone’s property and they tell you to leave. Walk out immediately no need to say anything else your in the wrong not them.
@Matt Don't you think the dirt biker was trying to find out where this dudes lands ends and begins so he doesn't ride on it anymore? You don't sound intelligent.
Only Americans can say that the axe man was right. The biker was very nice, not aggressive and was asking for directions to go in a zone where he could ride without bothering anyone. In addition, the zone wasn’t closed and was at the end of a road, so it’s easy not to notice that is a private property. You want to not let anyone enter in your property? Well, close it, otherwise you’re wrong.
Mostly agree with you. I used live in a rural area, and I found tons of those old folks that that believe that all land on his sight belongs to them even when clearly is public road/space. But also if you traspass by mistake someone's property and he tell you to leave, just politely leave.
The axe man was right. I'm not American
Yeah cry a river, old man could've axed the kid a few questions himself if he wanted to, just wanted to scare the kid off.
Could just respect private land rules can be shot in the UK for riding on private farm fields not just America most of the world are on the landowners side
"I'm gonna leave i swear"
"Oh I'm gonna hit it buddy, I'm gonna hit it"
This old man aint crazy. Hes the most sane one here. He asked a ton.
KAREN ALERT!!😂
@Jordan Barnardit’s his property and he asked multiple times and the biker didn’t leave
@Jordan Barnarddont trespass on peoples property
@Austin Logan He was there for like 15 seconds and the guy tried to hit his bike. How does he even know it's actually that guy's property he was trying to explain the misunderstanding like a sane human being.
perfect loop doesnt exi-
but kosovo does
@Verdox Why people like u always try to start arguments about Kosovo. Everyone got their own opinion, dont need to brag about it. Thats why there is hate between Serbs and Albanians, cuz there is always someone on both sides that does something like this.
Reminds me of these RedDead 2 encounters telling you to leave and then starting to shoot you while you leaving 😂
- It's the private territory. Get the hell out from here
- why are you so rude?
- you fucking kidding me? *throws the axe*
😂
NPCS
@🇹 H⃠A⃠N⃠O⃠🇸😂
“I just came from the road, down that destructive motorcycle path on your private land”
Legends say the old man ist still Holding the axe wrong👴🏼
he wasnt holding it wrong he didnt want the try to cut the tire he was going to break or dent. He was tring to damage it without disabling it. he wants the guy to leave after all.
If you see someone with an axe telling you to leave, don’t listen and die.
But instinct prevents you from turning your back on an angry person wielding an axe! 😅 its a conundrum
@Maddy BerkleyThe instincts are called fight or flight.
@Maddy Berkley Why stick around or even stop... he saw the axe from way back and pulled up, he made his choice!
The guy has freaking dirt bike, he can just start it in 2 and push it into the axe guy. If you are threatening someone's life with an axe, you better be ready for the 450cc
@Youssef Rochdi Private property, told to leave multiple times, argued like it was the old man's responsibility to inform you of where you can go ride........ let's see how that fly's in court when you run the old man over when he was just out chopping wood 🤣
The perfect loop doesn't exi-
The most civil conversation in the US
The old man wasn't crazy at all lol
Old mam should go where he came from
hes crazy because he threatened someone in US with an axe. what if biker had a firearm... and that attacking part was so extra
@nick mtiulishviliOld Man Murdered while deterring trespassing biker. You see the problem with this? Very nondefendable
@Kingston why it's his property he can do anything for trespassing
Grandpas holding the axe the wrong way💀
Old man ain't crazy. If he were, he would have exercised his right to bear arms and defend his property to the fullest extent.
The man told him to leave. No one wants their property torn up.
Come on dude, be cool. You've got all of this private property that you worked your entire life to acquire.
What's the big deal if I shred it up whenever I feel like it?
@Jaret Donald Pattersonlawsuits
@Jaret Donald Patterson idk about you but picking up after people on the property you work hard for is no fun.
@Jaret Donald Patterson Im sorry people dont understand humor
"This rider is nice"
The rider literally gave him the finger
Never stop for anyone.
Bro saw a man with an axe repeating telling him to leave while just standing there on the motorcycle like a bugged out NPC 😭💀
Yea huh-uh😮 *sits there looking for more answers*
@Leary playswhat answers was he trying to look for
“Wow you dont have to be so rude!” 😂😂😂
@Osvaldo Vilches Where does your land end so I can know where I can't ride? That's fairly obvious. The dirt biker clearly wants to avoid his property but the old fella doesn't understand english well.
Yes start an argument with the old axe yielding man, sounds like a good idea
Thank you for this advice, now I'll know to never go in some stranger's house, especially in US
The old man isn’t crazy, he’s just got no time for ignorance.
The biker was polite
Passive aggressive you mean
some1 should do him in for not putting up a sighn for tresspassing 😃
"You don't have to be rude" You don't have to trespass either.
This is what happened when you go on private property in general
I’m gonna leave I swear
-proceeds to not move for like 3 minutes
Was more like 30 secconds but okay
@MadAboutDanks420what part of leave requires 30 seconds to sit there and not move or attempt to start the bike
There was about to be a horror film, but MC is smart here
Here's the lesson: When you are told to leave, leave ASAP. Don't try to talk and tell excuses.
Elderly man was not crazy, he gave you ample opportunity to leave.
he threatened the guy with an axe after a few seconds of conversation. so are you on meds or what
@hotdog The dude was definitely lingering there for a unnecessary amount of time.
@Cool, Okay if you rang on a doorbell and the guy answering were hostile holding an axe. would that be allright
@hotdog I mean he decides what is and isn't alright because it's his property, so yeah. Especially if he tells me to leave and I go "uh-huh, yeah, alright." Like 6 times, then ask questions about directions when I could easily just ask someone else or use a phone.
@Cool, Okay the law decide what is right. he can`t threaten people with a weapon on account of him just being on his land
The biker is literally standing there like he’s not understanding what the old man is saying, but he clearly understands. The old man isn’t crazy, the biker is just trying to rub a single brain cell against… nothing, because there’s no others.
Yeah, the old man was real crazy…
He’s more patient than I am
its staged
You must be the most hotheaded person in existance then 😂
What do u do ? Nothing . This man or u . Nothing
I fell like im the one that can bring stop the cap back
Well said old man 👍
He's not holding the axe wrong; he's threatening blunt damage to the bike rather than chopping the guy's leg off. He knows what he's doing.
Better than pistol whipping you like he could've in certain states
In many states he wouldve eaten buckshot.
Pistol whipping is very illegal even on Private property lmao
No you can't do that anywhere lol
Source: the crack pipe
Naw he would of been laying in that field if he tried that with a real man, he got lucky it was just a boy he encountered it would of been fun to see him laying in that field praying for help that would never come. 😂
Old man was polite and in the right
The man threatened with blunt side of the axe. He was chill
😂😂😂
and before that, he decided to pick up an axe....to coerce someone. You mentioned something about chill?
@Derek Cardenhigher chance he had the axe to begin with
@Derek CardenHe’s protecting the One Piece tf you mean 😂
His arrogance almost got him hurt real bad 😂😂😂
People are protective of their property. He asked you to leave multiple times, doesn't matter if he wasnt as nice and happy and fluffy as you wanted him to be
He was leaving 💀💀💀💀
@funyshutup kid
The guy on bike could have been a biker with aggresion issue riding over that old dude and kicking the shit out of him on his property
@funyquite child
Old man’s lucky this kid wasn’t aggressive. Could easily take that axe out of his hands
Land owner is not crazy, he is keeping a trespasser out.
Very friendly guy
When a rich Italian mobster with an axe is giving you plenty of warnings 💀
Si è proprio così bro
Sicuro bro
No he’s Russian accent not Italian
That old furt was not American, so I don’t know why the narrator made that wise crack about the United States. I guess he is a American hater.
Mobster???? He is a farmer.
Young people, need to be told 8 times, because, NO DAD, MOM WANTED CHILD SUPPORT, NO DISIPLINE
rock salt has entered the chat.
Private is private. You were warned. Respect
Lol and who's to say he's right?
@Nick-ui3rh
Its the old man's property, thats who's to say he's right.
Gtfoh
The CZcamsr is philthethrill. Everything he does is fake and scripted
This is Not private this is robbed Land
He leaves like hes asked and gets attacked. Crazy old man
Thanks for leaving me credit at the top! Appreciate it 👍🏻
Bro didnt leave until he started swinging his axe 💀
I mean now he has means to press charges on the old man for attempted assault with a deadly weapon
@Alex Schletzbaumhe has the right to press charges
@Alex Schletzbaum HAHAHAH you're delusional buddy!
@Republic Of Casuals not at all
@Alex SchletzbaumBUT he has the right to have that deadly weapon bc the biker went on his private property it’s called defending your self and property
The old man isn't crazy, just pissed off. Next time, the old man will bring his shot gun.
This was very Sweet,,, for both of them...
Whenever you see a dude with an axe blocking your path in the middle of nowhere just turn around.
Yep 👍
👍 peY
😂 , I think I woulda thought of that .
Depends..
If it's an illegal blockade, you make a stand..Going back gives them the Win..
If you see freshly cut grass turn around… it’s clearly someone’s land
He’s definitely on the run from fbi 100% guarantee it 😂😂
"ok I'm gonna leave" *continues to not leave*
He want content
How does he know he left if it isn't marked?
He is unbelievabley lucky that he didnt have a gun he wouldve been shot of his mortacycle from 50 feet away
THAT OLD MAN WASN'T CRAZY. YOURE CRAZY
"I am looking for Sarah Connor I was told that she's here". "I'l be back".
He didn’t try to leave, he tried to argue….
Its crazy how everyone be hating so much on a fragile kid but noone ever says shit about videos where bikers literally slash someones tire because they pissed them off. At this point im convinced people feed off of young mens fear
Yeah he accidentally trespass so we asked for the property line and further details which is kind of important since trespassing he doesn't want to trespass again obviously because we've got a guy threatening to kill. I mean you can definitely hear his voice, the dude sounds terrified and seems fragile. He probably just tried to hold his ground when he started getting threatened. Lastly I will say this is always been something that I've I thought since I was a child how is asking for specifics arguing asking questions like that is an attempt make sure you don't make the same mistake but instead of answering or just politely refusing did you go straight to attempting to probably kill this guy. Any defense given to this behavior is wow.
@RaNgErsFr. This comment section is awful
@LechldㅤI’m thinking this video is fake/scripted
@J Rapp Could be, but i doubt it. although it is a bit weird the way the biker js started talking to the camera as if he knew he’d have an audience, usually dash cams are js there and not really paid any attention until after something happens
The older man is not crazy. He's probably pissed off that these inconsiderate louts are destroying his property with their little toys.
caught me in the loop
He got more warnings then I would have given him.
Yep, he didn't want a conversation. Bro decided to tell the owner his opinion of the situation instead of leaving. 😂
It honestly seems like he is hiding a body on the way he’s acting
Americans.
You are Canadian bro tf you gonna do if someone comes on your land 😂😂
“Especially in the US”
As he’s talking to a foreign guy
It seems like compliance has become a very rare thing since everybody is convinced to find some support on the internet
Did you see how nice that man was? He even had his axe turned around the other way. He gave you a pass this time. DON'T GO BACK!!!
I wld have put tires on flat 😂😂😂
The man stepped up to him as he left as if to chase him away and scare him. He did it for his ego, nothing else. Both are idiots.
@Mohamed Hussein Aww, the blunt side of an axe coming as slowly as possible toward your tires. SO scary, I'm sure you'd go crying home to mommy
@jacobb7608 Just no need to be that petty. The guy at least apologized, and looked genuinely lost. People hearts are so filled with hate these days.
"Even tho this rider was nice" He was giving the other guy the middlefinger lol
That old man must have a shotgun in his closet waiting for the young ones 💀
I wish I could be as patient as the guy with the axe
Patient? He didn’t even let the biker turn around before swinging his axe at him
@BillyBluntshe did ask 5 times. Both did wrong here
Id have started swinging. Gtf.
@Thawhid no he didnt he asked him twice before the biker started to turn in his bike stop blatantly lying for 0 reason on the internet
The guy with the axe was being very patient
He switched the axe into les lethal mode for you so he was actually nice 😂
Or he wasn’t that smart 😂
he wasnt going to hammer the driver. he was acting like he was going to damage the spokes on the tire...thus he had the right side of the ax out
@Ultimate Crystalare you implying that hitting people or their vehicles with the sharp part of the axe is smarter
@RSS just saying if he was trying to hurt the dude then he wasn’t smart using the non lethal side 😅 but I do believe that depending on how sharp it was that it’d just bounce back and hit the dude swinging anyways with his own backlash 😂I’ve hit a couple tires 🛞 with sharp knives and such so I know a lil bit 🤣
Some people really just understand violence
Lets say that way...the old man is not the crazy one here.
Good Ending:
"I'm gonna leave"
**Leave immediately**
Happy ending😊😂😂
All is well in negaEarth.
Our world is getting more crowded and issues like this will occur.
Old man isn't crazy. He's sick of kids acting like this.
No the old man wasn't crazy. He doesn't want people on his property.... period! You are on his property. Just say you are sorry and leave!! You don't need to give your opinion on his manners....it's his property 😊
Yeah but he was gonna try and kill the biker! Are u mad
Bro HE DOESN'T F**KING KNOW THAT HIS PROPERTY. He's talking to him nicely but the old man trying to break that f**king headlight or the man while he's trying to turn but the old man didn't listen
@Luke Edmond lol. Bottom line I get he didn't know he was trespassing but when told just leave.......so simple 😊
@Posh Killa exactly
Never tell the old man holding an ax to chill, especially when you are on his property. Your biggest mistake.
Kid should have taught him a lesson..... Man couldn't swing that axe... I would have tried him just for threatening me with an axe.... And you know you would too.....
The man was never trying to harm you, you can tell he doesn’t want to do none of that he just wants you to go back
Then why was he about to use that axe as a fucking club?
@Coalhe wasn't even close to swinging it, he just wanted to scare the biker so that he would leave. Nobody swings anything like that.
Oh old man. He should either turn up with a gun Or someone else as well. This biker was nice, and turn straight back. What if you meet some stupid idiots who would hurt the old man? That axe would not do a thing. Lol
Tbh I’m dropping the kickstand then the old man😭not takin that disrespect🤣
@Alex Do Guns don't solve problems, they generally make problems. Like increasing child death, increased suicide risk, increased risk of death by someone else's gun, and you gain the probability of accidentally shooting yourself or someone else which happens a lot more than you think by highly trained people.
Though if I was going to live in a really bad area I would get a gun, but don't get it twisted that guns are usually not the option. You can only pull your gun once there's is already out... Not very useful.
He wasn't being rude. He was warning you.
Bro he wasn’t even holding the axe right he had it backwards 💀
No the old man was not crazy!! Private property means just that!
He was crazy cause private property doesn't mean shit if you don't have anything around to let people know it's private property. You need fencing and signs to actually defend yourself in court If the biker wanted to sue him for this he can and would win.
@Ltbutterfly Obviously you don't OWN property. You are in NO WAY obligated to post signs and/or put up fence. If he TOLD him to get OFF HIS PROPERTY the biker should have apologized and left. No Questions Asked! With your way of thinking anyone should be able to walk into your home anytime they want If you don't have a "NO Trespassing" sign on your front door.
@Ltbutterfly Have you verified if there are Laws there that require Private Property notice signs or not? And the owner directly gave notice to trespasser to GTFO his land property but motorbiker was being a smart ass and pretending not to understand.
@Ltbutterfly we shoot people that trespass out here, that little boy is lucky 😂
The question is that what he was doing there with an axe 💀
The transition is so smooth haha
“You don’t have to be so rude about it”. Old man said get the F off my property pretty politely.
Legends say the biker still not leaved
Old man is in the right, its clear as day and its also clear he is a very patient man.
Bro he was being nice most ppl would pull out the 12 gauge 💀
That pond is close by, the man should have clobbered the punk scooter boy and fed him to the fishes
No he was not
@Power Play bro y
es tf he was
Bro even flipped him off as he drove off
He spawned out of nowhere.
Old man was gonna smash his axe to the motorcycle like a golf ball 💀
GREAT observation buddy
He didn’t tho… grow up
and meet god early lol
its because he wasn't going to hit them. its to scare the biker away
The rider is lucky he didn’t show up with a gun 😂
Bro didn't got what he deserved
“Yeah yeah yeah” a simple and respectful yes sir would have sufficed.
Don’t make a man repeat himself especially when he’s saying get off his property while holding a hewing axe lol
