Easier way: apply white polish as a base, put tape in the middle, apply red polish on top, remove tape while it's still wet, with a striping tool, draw a line in the middle with black polish, and with a dotting tool, dot the middle of the nail and with a smaller dotting tool, dot again with white polish. :)) 😊
