edit: so several people have commented that the exact number of minutes to exceed the human population is 33, not 30, and I have responded that I wrote "about 30 minutes" for a reason: because it's not 30, but "about 30". why did I phrase it as "about 30" instead of just writing "33"? because
1. this comment is not aimed towards those that already have a good understanding of exponential growth, it is aimed towards those that don't, because they are the ones that would find this to be interesting information.
