A subtle detail but I love the low hum of what sounds like engines throughout the entire video, a main reason I really like watching Star Trek, because they have the same sound throughout a lot of their episodes.
Yes, I really love that sound too. Sometimes I just leave the ships engines sounds on while I work, there are a few good ones on youtube

I always loved those kinds of background busy sounds. Some of my favs are an active hangar with all the cool chatter and other sounds.
This was such a cute idea! I have a reputation in my family for making up improvised, bogus historical facts as a joke, except everyone tends to believe me, and now my mother never trusts me even when I'm saying something that's actually factual. I never thought to use that skill in a video scenario. How much of the histories of these idols were improvised vs. thought up in advance?
A fine skill to have! I tend to be only fact checked when is true hehe! I think except for choosing the figures almost all of it was as lib which is very unusual for me, I tend to script but I had lots of props this time to fall back on 😃
Normally, I'm a passive consumer of ASMR and I just let the sounds wash over me without really taking in the dialogue. This is the first ASMR roleplay where I legit listened to everything from start to finish just because the dialogue was so hilarious and interesting. Cheers to a fantastic job!

Okay this one was soooooo funny, i loved the dialogues and the humming of the space station in the background, didn't made me extremely sleepy bc i was following the dialogue but that's a good thing actually, i had a great time, now i'm going to sleep in a great mood and that's just as good as being sleepy, it was really needed on top of that

This is awesome! I made the mistake of putting this on while I was working today. I was writing a report and just wanted to hear your voice in the background. I thought I could still concentrate on what I was doing. Well, THAT didn’t work at all as I ended up just stopping work completely so I could watch the video! First, Your voice is mesmerizing, and second, this video was so much fun to watch. I’m an archaeologist, so interpreting the past and people’s relationship to their environments through their material culture is a huge part of what I do. I loved how you described us, our personal items and our behaviors in the “past”. I totally gave up working today. This is just too great. I love it. Thank you for this!

Have you seen the Time Team episode on Henry VIII’s Lost Palaces? Tony and his crew were really fortunate that they got to do archaeology at the sites where some of Henry’s palaces stood. Pretty cool. Phil Harding is a tad over the top, but I guess I can’t blame him. I would be pretty excited too! 😊

Aw, this is so quaint. I recall my great great grandma had this thing she told us about her favourite toy as a kid, called a CD. We are not sure what it did but its shiny and we like to hang it from the holo tree on special occasions.

It’s absurd HOW OFTEN I think about future generations of anthropologists interpreting our current culture and how it will be stereotyped, and how it will get less accurate the more time passes. You’d think with how much internet and camera documentation we have (not to mention the thousands of secuirty cameras in London) that there wouldn’t be much room for error, but this incredible video (art, actually) has challenged my assumption 👌
We need a sequel. This is brilliant.

Some food for thought: Hypothetically if the human race eventually died out and aliens visited one last time (aliens that don’t recognize us), the only thing left of our legacy would likely be ruined towns/metropolises, tons of plastic, some funky looking metal boxes and tablets, and A LOT of machinery- also assuming any paper/wooden items survive that long

This was another excellent and funny ASMR, loved the tapping of the vinyl! I had to familiarize myself with the “idols” via the comments section. I couldn’t figure out who your “Einstein” was and when I learned he was Rick Sanchez it cracked me up! Also loved the Bob Ross and Mr. Rogers idols too! That is a great hoodie, by the way. Have you ever heard of the TV series “Wild Wild West” of the ‘60’s? I’m sure it was way before you came to earth but it would make a great collab of the characters James West and Artemis Gordon. I believe it was the first show of its kind to use the steampunk genre even before it was popular. You are very talented and I love your dry sense of humor! I look forward to more excellent portrayals!
