She wrote over 8,000 hymns despite being blind from shortly after birth. During her lifetime, Fanny Crosby was one of the best known women in the United States. Phoebe Knapp (March 9, 1839 - July 10, 1908) was a composer of music for hymns. Knapp was born in New York, New York. Her parents were Walter C. Palmer and Phoebe Worrall Palmer. She married Joseph Fairfield Knapp, one of the founders and the second president of the Metropolitan Life Insurance Company.

You are New apostolic, right? It must be a great feeling to play the organ of a dom cathedral, wooonderful❤. Thats a wish i hope it comes true some day. I Was allowed to play to some divine services at great organs in Berlin, and some weeks ago at the organ in the catholic church in Neuzelle.
