USA - agree these dramas are directed to violence/rape/torture towards wives. The mistress(s) are given more attention/respect. When the husband is found to having an affair, the wife leaves him, he believes he has don nothing wrong! 😖
In the end after all the violence the lady will still go back to that man it's very bad. To the writer don't make a woman so week that she can endure all the nonsense in the name of "love"

The husband is a sadist, the wife is a masochist and the mistress is pure evil. I hope in the end the wife doesn't come back to this evil husband. In most chinese dramas I've watched they always picture the wives as martyrs, naive, stupid, foolish, no mind of their own, masochists (bec they enjoy the torture maybe that's why they don't break up with jerk scumbag husbands as early as possible). Then in the end they welcome them back. Where's the justice there? We're really living in a foolish, corrupt world where justice isn't even worth a penny.
