City Escape but designed for Eggman (super hard mode)

Eggman's version of city escape is a super hard version of Tail's stage. Look out for the many secrets hidden in the stage.
These levels were made without any physic swaps in mind and are designed to be beaten without them. However you can if you want.
Obviously you will need the character select mod or character select plus mod
My level mods do not actually work per character, so you can only have 1 of each stage active at the same time, that's just how it has to be. This does mean you can play any stage with any character however they will likely not be completeable.
