Hello ;-) KAya wala kang makikitang lalaki jan sa area na pinuntahan ninyo is because they actually brought you to a place where they normally bring tourists. Those native people you see there are commissioned to be there and work by showing their culture, traditions and sell their products. There is actually a small village near that area din where you can see the actual (authentic) community where these native people live. They don't usually bring tourists to that area but there are some tour guides (minsan mga van drivers) who offer to take you there...but only if you ask them. They will not voluntarily tell you about it pero kung mabanggit mo sakanila pwede ka nila dalhin doon. ;-) Come visit NakhonPhanom next time you're here in Thailand. It's in the North East region, bordering Laos. The pinoys here will be glad to show you around.
