  • It was pretty windy today, we had a good 12 to 18 knots from south-east during daytime. But as the D-Power Infinity is flying fast and is delivering good power while climbing, I had lots of fun... Later on it was even possible to find some "thermal" winds 200 to 250 meters above ground, so I got 20-25 minutes flight time out of the last minute engine time with even 15 seconds left when landing!

Am considering purchasing this model, but the fit of the canopy looks terrible and the wing root seems to have steps in it to the fuz, might be the angle, but looks like a step on the view back to the fin.

It is not as bad as that, the battery cable is pushing against the canopy from the inside. If fly it wit 35C and 3700 mAh 4s and this size just fits in the fuselage . . . Besides the built quality is not as good compared to my Tangent Kult or my Alpina 4001, but it is rock solid and it is flying really good. I would buy it again and to be honest, I did buy it again after completely crashing my first one into the fields on the third day flying it. Had some kind of "blackout" while flying, skies were cloudy, flew way to far away and looked behind me while flying and for doing this the infinity is to fast. So I completely lost orientation and it must have been crashing almost at 90 degrees. I was able to pick it up, took all parts out of it and ordered the next one and every part including the motor is working fine : ) .
