$50 to $52 thousand, that's very reasonable. Although a unit on the south side would have a too peaceful view to some people.
Peaceful because it is situated next to the Cebu Memorial Park ☺️

@@MunkyExplores That's pretty good. I live in a rent controlled complex so rent here is still about the same as there. But anywhere else around where I live the average rent now is $1500-$2000 for cheapest places and average places and houses are $2000-$3000. It's way too expensive in California now. 😢
I know it is a low-cost condo. But the layout or design is very poor. The toilet door is facing the dining ang near the main door😂😂😂.
