This stream was so, so good. The production was fantastic, the guests were fantastic, and Simon was an absolute menace to society as the host. Really well done.

Simon really doesnt have to worry about the one scuffed question, it happens on the real WWTBAM every now and again and im not convinced poor Hulmes would have gotten it right anyway, no harm done.
The "lack of backbone" jokes lobbed at the Tories at 1:54:32 were absolutely savage. I was dying from laughter, and I'm not even British!

To "have no backbone" is an idiom that means to lack courage or resolve, and is often used to describe politicians who don't seem to have any agenda beyond pandering to the voters. Rishi Sunak is the current Prime Minister of the UK and the leader of the Conservative Party (also known as the Tories), so when Simon says, "Rishi Sunak does not feature," he's implying that Rishi Sunak is cowardly or lacks resolve.
After he finishes reading out all of the possible answers, the last of which is "worm," Simon says, "oh, he does feature, sorry," effectively calling Rishi Sunak a worm, which can mean someone who is contemptible or devious.
Finally, Mousie and Simon have an exchange after the question is answered where Mousie comments, "I feel like they would crunch a lot more [if they had a backbone] when you accidentally step on them after a rain," and Simon replies, "what, Tories?" Here, Simon is implying that Tories (members of the Conservative Party) are so insignificant or ineffectual that you wouldn't pay any more mind to stepping on one than you would to stepping on a worm in the street.

Right. Rishi Sunak is not someone I know, so I couldn't realistically interpret what Simon was saying there. Same with Tories - this requires some British insight.

Lewis did amazing. Just one away with absolutely no help from Sips. I think Simon Lane would've crushed it. He's really good at trivia like this. Probably why they didn't have him... or that he didn't want to.
I should have said it on the stream chat but I was quite distracted by exams then. HOWEVER. Regarding Lewis's final question.
