well if you want a top tier fairy you have to be ready to spend the $ for it, or just roll a normal fairy like all plebs do you're litteraly in tuvala gear(be it veteran or new), you should focus on other things instead of the fairy now but hey you got the fairy you needed the fifth skill is just a + you will not need it for now, you just wasted 200$ on a fking fairy, for the long run if you play the game is good but i think you could've done it without all that money spent but hey gl in the enchantment session
