Sub 4 minute run - first time doing World ninja athlete games 2024 at Rugged Obstacle Courses

If you would have told me that she would do a sub 4 minute run, I would have said you were crazy! But this is what she did, running 3:33. We won't know until the end of next week whether she qualifies for the WNAG finals, but fingers are crossed!
