Unfortunately Burma was seized by Japan which took that option off the table. The only role Churchill played was making the hard but completely understandable decision to send food to the military fighting in Egypt (as spoiler alert losing the Suez Canal would've been to put it mildly a big deal) rather than to Bengal. Rather a difficult outcome to include India in the federation, not only including of the sheer liberalism of full dominion status right after WWI (the Montagu-Chelmsford reforms representing the limit of what the administration was willing to go to) even if the dominions could influence further liberalization or if Labour/liberal has gained more influence in parliament. It’s never mentioned how the seats would be organized - I imagine if India was included some sort of arbitrary seat-makeup unincluding of population would be implemented but this couldn’t last forever and some system implying equality to all members including India could’ve been implemented. Maybe half of the seats are equal for each member of the federation, and half are based proportionally on population. Aside from India, it’d be almost impossible for the British to maintain the Middle East (aside from Yemen maybe,) until the modern day. Of course, the 1919 revolution which united the entirety of Egypt against direct British protectorate could’ve been avoided but Egypt could neither remain a protectorate until the modern day or become a full member of the federation, due to having a highly independent identity and its own monarchy. Same largely applies to the Gulf States, Iraq, and the Transjordan.

Imperial Federation in a world of Democracy would have to switch Seat terms, meaning like for example maybe every 7-8 years, heck even 9, they would switch Member seats, like India could be the head to the Federation, and then maybe Tanzania, and then maybe UK again, or Canada, thus would cause even less of a Movement.

this is nearly impossible because the parliament seats would be unfair, the British would want the biggest say, however India has a much greater population making it superior in the parliament seats so India would have to go, and many African independence movements still may succeed.

Cool video, but I do see some problems with this Imperial Federation such as, the flag change making no sense, the name "Imperial Federation" was only a placeholder and not a legitimately thought of name, India becoming an Imperial state making no sense because of huge population of India and racism of the time and the number of colonies becoming Imperial states is a bit much. Still a cool video though and still well thought out.
