if you dont want to show cam thats cool, but you should totally record your reactions to some of the content you're playing and cutscenes. you're a naturally funny guy and keep that air of "just chatting with the bois on discord" energy. Try reacting to some of the opening cinematics for the intros of the expansions and branch out from there! Love to hear your takes and watch you learn more!

It is great seeing new players. I have played since beta (2004) until release. It is still a good game. Does it have plenty of issues? Absolutely! Especially the MTX (Mainly the Tokens)

I wish I could replay my first hundred hours in wow. I started playing wow late too, the end of SL and start of DF. Was thinking about resubbing to get the MoP Remix mounts and level a few characters in preparation for The War Within! Its insane how addictive this game is haha

As a level 10 in Elwynn during wrath a gnome in a Santa suit came flying in on a dragon and traded me 10 gold, which felt like a fortune, and said merry Christmas and flew away. I didn’t even know what a gnome was. That’s what I remember.
Of course today they’d probably get banned by a blue haired atheist Marxist dev for saying the word Christmas, which I’m sure blizzard considers white supremacist micro aggression. But the golden age of wow was great.

Classic is the best. It has a lot less hand holding but it's also much simpler and straight forward.
It's one of the few mmorpgs that still keeps the good oldschool style. A subscription is all you need. No buying the games newest expansions, no battle pass. Just pay and play.
Now you buy the game, buy subscription or membership, buy the Battle pass, pay for top up deals, get advertisement spammed and on and on. Modern mmorpgs are truly the lowest form they have ever been.
