    I am in the same predicament. I bought my Epson F570 printer in mid December and it did not come with the Edge RIP software printer either. I tried to download the software as the tech suggested; however, I was prompted to provide a license key or try the trial version. Epson, please send me the Edge RIP cd or the license key so I can fully utilize my printer’s capabilities. Thank you.

    Epson, I am in are in the same boat as every one else ! I also purchased the Epson F570 printer but DID NOT receive the Edge RIP Software with it, I don't understand why some did and some did not we all spent about the same amount. I feel likes its a lotto game, and I lost What's the deal with that? Meanwhile many of other people received it with their printer. why are some of us being denied tools that can help, I an very frustrated with Epson and your customer service seems not to care.We should all be getting this software.EPSON make this right please

    I purchased the F570 and did not receive the RIP software to make my printer work seamlessly. Many people I know go the software others did not, What gives???

      You actually don't need the software to use the printer. We have the software hut never installed it.... our F570 works perfectly with zero issues.

      @@epsonamerica As long as you've got the correct serial number, you'll get it, but then if you had the correct serial number, it would have been in the box. Epson gave this software to some people but not all for the SAME PRINTER! Thanks, Epson!

    Y'all don't need the software to use your printer, you do know that, right? I got the software but have yet to install it. We have printed over 30- 100 ft rolls worth of prints in the last 3 weeks we've had this printer without ever needing this software. I didn't even know the printer came with the software as it isn't included in the "what's in the box".

      Yep, understand that perfectly. But that's not the point. The point is that they give SOME people the software and not others! WHY??

      But why is it even an issue when you literally DO NOT need it. It's not some magical software to make the printer run. 🤷🏼‍♀️ It's actually quite complicated in my opinion. I threw mine away.

      @@kcfan23HOTFOLDERS, Amy, HOTFOLDERS. Do you have any idea what that does for productivity to drop a file into a folder and have it print automatically? I NEED that capability, it would save me valuable time. I have files created remotely and the work is dropped into a folder already. If it would just PRINT using the capability of this software, that is money in my pocket. Now do you understand?

    Dear Epson, We are in the same boat as Shirley Hattayer! We also purchased the Epson F570 printer but WE DID NOT receive the Edge RIP Software with it, nor will you sell it to me! Whats the deal with that? Meanwhile LOTS of other people DID get the RIP, for free, with their printer. Why do you deny us the same software? I have contacted my dealer who is equally frustrated as us and we have contacted Epson and you tell us this cannot be purchased separately in the USA..I shoulda got it with the PRINTER! #fedupwithepson

I'm on hold right now and once again have been told nope, that was a promotion and there's no way I can get that software! Really, Epson? You can't give me the same software you gave others who purchased the printer. In fact, people who JUST purchased it are getting it so stop giving me this bull about how that was a promotion. Do the right thing and give everyone the Edge RIP software.

    Essa impressora foi e ta sendo uma verdadeira enganação, até agora não um único cliente satisfeito com ela, a pessoa vai usar a tinta original da Epson e o preto não fica 100%, usa o papel original ai vem as marcas de roletes, sem contar a caixa de manutenção que com cerca de 3000 impressões já pede para trocar e é bem cara e poe cara nisso, se já não bastasse tudo isso ainda os insumos dela quando não estão em falta são caros e outro fato que eu esqueci de mencionar que ela gasta muita tinta. Vocês erraram muito no desenvolvimento dessa impressora, podiam ter pego a L1300 e colocado um programa para rodar com tinta sublimatica ou uma das impressoras da série F e adaptado para uma impressora de mesa. Parece que o engenheiro que desenvolveu essa impressora trabalhava para HP ou para a Canon, porque eles desenvolvem impressoras baratas para vender insumos caros, mas no caso dessa impressora vendem a impressora cara e os insumos mais caros ainda.
