Looked pretty legitimate to me. Maybe you guys should worry a little more about how your policies are flooding your city with people who can't pay to live so they are becoming burdens on the tax pool hurting EVERYONE financially and hurting themselves and countless children in the process

@@cristinafultz4572 that other shops that lose business to an unregulated shop plus imagine doing everything correctly you're paying taxes and license fees and the guy down the road didn't do any of that and has more business than you and you need to realize police departments have different units for different things so they can try to allocate their limited resources to multiple things

It is legal but you have to go through proper channels to get a license to sell legally the smoke shop obviously wasn’t selling legally if they have hidden compartments behind posters.
It’s “legal” but for example there’s not a signal legal store in Brooklyn due to ongoing lawsuits and there’s only 2 legal stores in Manhattan blocks away from each other 😂. As of about six months ago when I checked out one of the two legal stores in Manhattan, New York State had only given grow licenses out for outdoor growing only meaning greenhouse and indoor for commercial sale was still technically illegal since they didn’t give out licenses for it yet. The legal cannabis market in NYS is a total mess atm, I guarantee this illegal store had better quality product at a lower price than the legal stores not to mention way more options, I don’t even think NYS has legal dabs yet smh :/
