Buzz cut fundraiser honors young Quincy resident

Why completely bald? Up until 2:10 things looked fine, sides and nape shaved, hair longer on top. A Mohawk would have looked good too. It would not have taken a hairdresser to shave him completely bald, his parents could have done that with him at home without paying any money for it.
