Leftover Crack - First Show Ever

This is the first show that Leftover Crack ever played as a band. The original lineup was:
Scott Sturgeon (Choking Victim) - vocals
Brad Logan (F-Minus) - guitar
Mike Trujillo (Blindsided) - guitar
Alec Baillie (Choking Victim) - bass
AWOL (Beastie Boys) - drums
The show happened at Headline Records on Melrose Avenue in June 1999 and I shot it on a crappy VHS-C camera (if you couldn’t already tell). This is the full show.

@powder-milk-manEzra wasn’t in the band until later when Sturgeon went back to NYC. Their first few shows were in LA and the only ones with this lineup.

Covid didn't cancel the tour. We the punks did. Scott is a known abuser of both Nico from SFH and also Whitney of Days N Daze. Hundreds of punks called venues all over the country and got their tour ruined. Scott is a really shit person.

@hankgege2199 Sturgeon was in LA at the time, and had done the demo for LöC on his own. Alec came out and the two met up in my parents’ basement where we jammed and they went over the songs together for the first time. Brad may have also been in LA already, but he did live in NY for a short time either during or after this period. And AWOL was out there as was Mike Trujillo since he was working at Epitaph. They all recorded Rock the 40oz together at Mike’s studio and the band practiced and played those first few shows in LA. I also filmed the third show which was in La Cañada, and hope to eventually digitize it and post here.
So that’s the short version with the info I have from having been there in those early days.
