Epson WorkForce WF-2830 Paper Jam Or Stuck And Not Feeding

After a small period of rest our printer has stopped grabbing the paper from the rear feed tray.
This is what I did to fix it.

Hi, you should be able to gently move it (swing it) towards the printer. You might need to press down on the tray at the same time too. Check 2:50 onwards in the video.
