FANTASTIC...SPLENDID CAPTURE, THANK YOU!!
You’re welcome! Glad you enjoyed!
one last thing, my wish list of songs begging to be performed:
FREE ME / BITTER AND TWISTED / MARTYRS AND MADMEN / LET ME DOWN EASY / UNDER A RAGING MOON / JUST A DREAM AWAY / MOVE BETTER IN THE NIGHT / THE PRIDE YOU HIDE / ...OK, one can dream...
Simon "Pete's brother" Townshend, wow...on GOING MOBILE...was that Pete?? His voice...magnificent, he could tour as Pete's twin...there is no denying the magic...his own stellar background and past!
He still sounds incredible!
Nice to see him still sharing his talents.
That harp work on Keep it to yourself….sick!!!!!
Great version of that song.
Love Roger. Fame never went to his head.
He’s the most humble person ever!! ❤
Dang, wish I had gone to this. Roger sounds great. Especially gratifying to see him perform Another Tricky Day. Saw the Who three times and they never did it.
I was at the show just a little bit to the right of where this video was taken. Roger was having a great time. The band was wonderful also
Glad you enjoyed!
What a joyous performance; thanks for sharing so much.
Thanks for listening! Glad you enjoyed!
Holy MOLEY does Simon ever sound (and play) like his brother. WOW!
Many thanks for sharing, headed to the show in Detroit!
Enjoy it!!
You lucky duck!!😅
Hope you post some videos!
@@BhamRuss There’s a ton of them on instagram
It would be great if Roger Daltrey and Robert Plant (who's also on tour) could cross paths and do something together on stage.
Thank you! We saw him at Tanglewood in Lennox, MA on 06-22-2024

When he introduces Freedom Ride Roger was addressing my question. I asked if he had any plans to bring Gimme a Stone on the Largo record back. As an aside 2 of the cowriters on the Largo record are in The Hooters.
I wish he had played Gimme a Stone! Heard that in 2009 and 2011, was hoping he’d bring it back! I think he played it during one of the last couple shows this tour, not sure which

@@bshef3424 that he did!
No, it's Simon TOWNSHEND
Yes, it is!
Old man on stage. Old men in the audience. I suppose that works.
Eventually everyone turns into Engelbert Humperdink...and what's so bad about that?
You paid top dollar for seats, but keep standing, fools.
@@glennwassermann6972 yeah man, it’s a rock show
Joe Biden could do this easily 😊
