I just finished my 60 hours and schedule my test exam next week. I am searching for a Broker and I really like what I am hearing about ReaL.

who pays the broker fees in California? please help

Real distributes a lot of shares to its agents.
Where do the shares come from? Is there a risk of dilution for me as a shareholder?

Just got my license last week and joined Real as a brand new agent! Any good mentorship programs you’d recommend? Love just about everything else at Real so far.

From what I have learned about Exp, if I have my license in other states, it is one 16k cap. At KW, I have to pay separate caps! How is it at Real Broker?
It’s all one 12K cap. I’m licensed in Arkansas and Texas.

Do you recommend this brokerage for new agents?
Great question. It depends. I am a big believer in mentorship when an agent is brand new. Real do not have a mandatory mentor program, however a new agent could have their own. So I personally believe a new Realtor could thrive at Real, IF they have a local mentor, or join a team.
A brand new agent with no experience, no office and no local hands on training- would be tricky.
However there can always be exceptions!! Hope that helps 😊
