Ajah Rogers it’s best to stay calm rather then freaking out, because when you freak out, your mind is everywhere and you won’t know what to do, and it’s also best to calm down whomever else is there. Because when someone is having a seizure, it’s best if everyone in the room stays calm and make good of the situation. Like putting the person whose having the seizure on their side and holding them still til it passes or until emt arrives.
