    Two of my great uncles were Muskogee Creek Indians and both were Colonels in all Native American Confederate regiments, the 1st and the 2nd Creek Mounted Volunteers CSA

      Wow! That's pretty interesting where in the South does your family come from? Also, what happened to your uncles after the war?

      @@nostalgic906 they lived in the Indian Territory (Oklahoma) at the time of the civil war. There names were Colonel Daniel N. McIntosh and Colonel Chilly McIntosh. Both were sons of Chief William McIntosh. They both went on to be fairley successful men.
