Beethoven: music is a dreadful thing.
What is it? I don't understand it
    What does it do?
Shindler: it... It exhorts the soul
Beethoven: utter nonsense. If you hear a marching band does your soul exhort it? No you march. If you hear a waltz you dance. If you hear a mass you take communion. It is the power of music, to carry one directly into the mental state of the composer. The listener has no choice, it is like hypnotism.
So now... What was in my mind when I wrote this... Hm.
A man is trying to reach his lover, his carriage has broken down in the rain, the wheel's stuck in the mud.
She will only wait so long.
This... Is the sound of his agitation.
This is how it is... The music is saying
Not how you are used to being, not how you are used to thinking, but like this.

(Some history here) all Korean and Japanese are descendants of Chinese as their forefathers had escaped to Korea and Japan from China during the Qing Dynasty. This group of people were asked to find the "eternal life portion" (which of course, doesn't exist) for the emperor. If they couldn't find it, they will be killed back in China. And, of course, they could not find something that does not even exist. And, common sense told them that they should not go back to China as they will killed. So they stayed in that region, which is Korea and Japan, and started their life... YAY HAPPY ENDING

It's kind of messed up how they didn't mention the piano player's name in the title or at least put it in the description box
