- soooo, i got bored :P
What I had done was I remade the instrumental by myself and proceeded to rearrange the melody (slightly) for this cover! Out of boredom, I wanted to experiment more with the Sega Genesis soundfont (also used UNDERTALE sf and other sf's) and decided this would be a perfect fit for practice.

Too Slow was a favorite of mine when the Sonic.EXE mod came out, but when 2.0 came out, not much of a change for the song. Encore came out, it was awesome too. But this one, it stands out, this shows Sonic in control for a bit, until EXE attempts to get control, Sonic fights it. But when the part comes, EXE takes control and therefore begins the normal song of Too Slow, with a minor note changes and instrumental changes included.
I really like this; this is a remake that challenges Encore Too Slow.

I feel like sonic at first is trying to tell us to run away before we lose control of his body.
I know that sonic and sonic. Exe are not the same body, but suppose this is an alternate universe
Or maybe Sonic's soul was fighting back and without Xeno's knowledge, snuck away and tried to get Boyfriend & Girlfriend to leave before he noticed. But Xeno did noticed and forced Sonic away, not without him fighting back, though. And Xeno's likes sonic, he kills him in a way that wouldn't require mutilation. That would explain why he seems to not be harmed.
Personally, I see it as Sonic.exe's disguise slowly falling apart.

It's definitely a refresher seeing a more classic sonic look for Xeno, as he is a classic sonic reskin appearance-wise. And with the beginning I really like how you used a high pitched sonic.exe, making it like the actual games where sonics voice gets deeper when sonic.exe controls him. And I love how the instrumental is kinda quiet which makes it sound kinda intense! 10/10, I love this!

@@sushiywy np. I've seen what the regular 2.0 remixes were, but they didn't use classic Sonic like you did. Classic Sonic was where Sonic.exe originated from.
I absolutely love how it's Toei sonic and not normal classic sonic. Toei sonic is my favorite sonic design and to see that art style in this remix was amazing. I also love how cartoony toei sonic.exe looks. Fits really well with the fnf style.

This remix is awesome! Though it would be nice if when sonic transforms into EXE form the instrumental got more intense, the point of the drowning theme is to make you feel panicked and cause anxiety- and the intense music helps with that feeling
i'll definitely hold onto the advice for future projects if i were to work more on sonic.exe related stuff, so thnks! :^)

The cover is jammin for me I really like it as well as the fact that in my head I imagined the normal mod just with classic and it was a whole other feeling and in my opinion I would like a classic.exe instead of an modern sonic 😉
