I know people have moved on but I'm Foy/Smith/Kirby for life
He is not only a great writer, but also a funny guy.
The writing of this show has been superior throughout the seasons. What could have been a typical British low-effort costume drama has been elevated to an intriguing study of human emotions placed in extraordinary situations purely because of the writing. And of course, goes without saying the performances. The Brits know how to make a drama.
"she is the job" I am glad you finally got that correct because it is my favorite line. then & "she is the oxygen" Everything you gave Anne 1-4 and " the scolding the Queen give Charles about his marriage in Season 4, Episode 10"
The first four seasons were fantastic as it seemed to tell a story about royal and social history intertwined. It seems to have lost it’s sparkle in recent seasons and is much more salacious and not much on social history. I shan’t be watching the next season.

Peter I love you but you're really bad at this.!! All the lines and scene are so iconic. The right actors, music, emotions EVERYTHING!!!!♥️♥️♥️😂😂😂
Casting has been amazing and the Writing has been out of this World!!
Like the diana ghost thing i heard
Not sure if this is a hot take but for me; even though Foy was the best QEii, Tobias Menzies in Seasons 3-4 was the best Phillip
I heard the show got shite kinda
Up to 4 it was consistently great. Last two seasons were a step down but still good.
