She didn't know Jennifer: had never met her? Yet she bears such hatred and resentment? The "key" for me was when she took Pawel's keys to his red truck: so it could be cleaned and detailed to erase evidence. SHE DID THAT spontaneously.

@@erincicione coincidence ? Was that the part where police threaten to deport people and there stories change. ? Inconsistent statements are not evidence at all. Not with pressure of getting your child taken away and being told you could go for murder or lying to you and getting to change your story and memory. This case isn’t bad. It’s a disgrace is what it is. If the killer didn’t take the easy way out then the case against her wouldn’t be. Now wonder your justice system is as bad as your gun laws. It’s a free for all. Chook lotto. It’s a mess as is the country and it ain’t getting better. You want the truth. That’s the truth.

The street camera evidence is what really makes this a strong case for the state. It shows Troconis helping Fotus throw evidence away. It helped the state recover important evidence involving the death of Jennifer. Troconis's choice to not testify also gives a clue to her knowing what happened. Troconis saying she was just helping Fotus throw garbage out to go with the videos and actual pieces of evidence don't make sense, going to show that she's hiding information.
If Fotus was forcing Troconis to help him throw evidence away, she could have argued that during interviews with the police and also by testifying, but she chose not to say anything. She's hiding a lot of evidence as she stays quiet.
She chose to continue to lie.

I didn't watch the whole trial and before I heard the closing arguments I was thinking they didn't prove her charges but after today.... I must say she need to be held to task.
Yep! I would have told the police that my boyfriend was dumping trash in a different town. I won't go to jail for any man. She had to be in on it to risk going to jail and losing her daughter.

Lots of women who waited in the car are doing hard time. No inside info to trade and get deals. NEVER wait in the car or go on trash trips etc.
I know attorney's advise clients not to take the stand but in some cases like this one Michelle should of took the stand and explain what to the jury her side at least!!!!
I don’t think she needed to. It’s a strong circumstantial case but it’s not a slam dunk. Once a defendant takes the stand it’s all going to come down to whether the jury likes them. There are scenarios where it needs to happen but I don’t see how it would help her.

Attorney Schoenhorn's closing argument was terrible, IMO... the guy can't stay on focus and wasted valuable time on stupid things. Even his co-counsel had to walk up to him and give him notes to remind him of time and other facts he needs to get in

@@vanessasweeney8651 Nobody talks about that, the body AND the bike are missing. If he buried her, it was with the bike and the murder weapon. Why leave that site with bags of bloody clothes? Makes me think he met someone (friend of Ken's?) and they took the bike and the body by car. If it was thrown in a grave, why not throw the bags in the hole/grave as well.

The problem is, people forget this is not the 80s or the 90s or even early 2Ks where people could get away with their negative deeds! These days, we have electronic detectives, not psychic detectives we used to back in the day. There are eyes on us almost everywhere we go. And, the audacity to say "I wasn't there" when the camera proves you were is just beyond stupidity!
I thought fotis killed Jennifer in rage but the prosecution proved it with ease that it was a planned murder. I used to think mt was not involved in the murder but did help him clean up but the prosecution proved it to me, through electronic detectives that she was 100% part of the plot from before the murder. If I was in that jury, in my mind, there is no reasonable doubt of her guilt. I would vote to convict. Life imprisonment. Give her all the time in the world to understand the consequences of her actions! Let her realize, the two years she called torture were nothing in comparison to her entire future ahead, in prison! I hope and pray Jennifer's family, friends and kids find peace after the jury returns with GUILTY 100% verdict!

Definitely not the strongest case I’ve seen.
It’s as weak as water. She will likely go down for something and that’s how spun out the system is. This shouldn’t have been a trial in my mind. Imagine everyone going up on charges with this evidence. Pure guess work.
Lots of evidence against Michele if you actually followed the trial. And she lied repeatedly in her interviews. Plus how do you claim to have showered with Fotis 1st interview. Then later interviews once Michele was confronted with her lies and proof that Fotis was not at home - only then admits he wasn’t home.

She didn’t want to take a plea. Because she wants to convince everyone she is innocent. I believe she knows where Jennifer body is but will never tell them so she won’t ever admit to her guilt.

There is zero evidence that shows she aided Dulos, if driving in a car is proof of a crime, then a lot more people would be in jail just for riding in a car, being passionate doesn't remove that its not logical. Michelle not taking the stand is the best thing she could have done, any trial lawyer will tell you that. She should never have been in a relationship with a married man, she broke rule no 1, I hope she can pick a better man next time. Don't date married people, and you should be alright :)
