I've noticed that particularly brutal and senseless killings are committing by men who have no respect for human life. The mental image that forms in my mind when hearing of these savage killings is almost always correct.
I share your sentiments and I'm tired of the misplaced outrage. For every person shot by an officer there are hundreds of incidents where an innocent person's life is taken such as this one and there's silence. But there are marches, protests, and riots for criminals.
The victim here was 51 years old and killed while working his second job by a 30 year old able-bodied unemployed loser. It breaks my heart that we live among people who would rather steal from and kill the people who are working hard and following the rules.
