He is Deukie Kwon, one of the Kwon Twins( the other twin is the guy in brown jacket name Dony Kwon). Kwon Twins are YG dancers (HiTech Team) since 2009 as backup dancers of Big Bang and 2ne1. Kwon Twins have their own fancams, endorsements and magazine photoshoots. Both the twins also acted in some Korean TV shows and Kdramas.

When they joined YG, they went straight into X Academy and HI-TECH. Jinwoo interacted with them because he joined YG as a dancer and to train as an idol a few years later but they were already pretty firmly in their position. But they’ve been with the company for over a decade and choreograph, teach, model, and act through the agency so they’re doing good

YGX is new things in YG, its only 3 years old academy. YG makes X academy and YGX for dancers on 2018 with Seungri as CEO before he left YG and the CEO was give to co-ceo.
